§ 1 - The legal status
I. Association:
·is a voluntary organization
·brings together members on the basis of common interest
·is a legal entity
·has a national scope
§ 2 - Purpose and Mission
I. Association:
·is an independent, voluntary association, as a fundamental objective of pursuing training retrievers to real game, the artificial dummy fetch
·provides information to new applicants
·organizes training sessions and races so-called real game
·represents community interests and needs of its members of the public
II.Support the development and popularization of training retrievers:
·Association informed of the activities on your own website
·cooperates with other organizations with similar goals, not only in this country but also abroad
·cooperates with the media
·utilizes expertise from abroad
§ 3 - Acquisition of membership
I. The ordinary member of the Association is open to any natural or legal person interested in training retrievers.Regular membership is based on the filing and payment of membership fees.The new membership must be approved by the Executive Committee.
§ 4 - Rights and duties of
I. A member is entitled to:
·participate in association activities
·18 years of age to vote and be elected to bodies of the Association
·submit proposals and recommendations to the authorities associations
·participate in the benefits of members and the eventual use of common resources
·participate in events organized by the association and be informed about the activities
II.Duties of members:
·observe and comply with the Articles of Association
·comply with decisions of the organs of the Association
·properly and timely pay membership fees
·faithfully perform his functions in the bodies of the association
·contribute to the objectives of the association
·not to harm their actions reputation of the Association
·comply with relevant directives, regulations and other normative associations
§ 5 - Termination of Membership
I. Membership shall cease:
·voluntary withdrawal of a member
·failure to pay membership fee
·exclusion of a member for gross violation of the statutes on which the Executive Committee
·death of a member
·dissolution of the association
§ 6 - The Association's
I. Regular bodies of the Association are:
·Membership Meeting
·Executive Committee
·Audit Commission
II.The Executive Committee shall have the right to establish temporary emergency authorities to ensure specific tasks.Their creation, the activities and results inform the members of the appropriate form.
§ 7 - Membership Meeting
I. Membership Meeting is the supreme body of the Association and is open to the public
·membership meeting, convened by the Executive Committee at least once a year
·calling a meeting of members of the Executive Committee shall inform all members of the Association at least four weeks before the date of the meeting of the members posting on the website or by electronic mail (e-mail)
·special membership meeting may be convened at the request of one third of all members and notice thereof shall be communicated to members at least six weeks before the start
·membership meeting is a quorum in the presence of an absolute majority of members
·does not matter if the member meeting the necessary number, assuming its power to the Executive Committee on 30 minutes after the official beginning of the membership meeting and vote to proceed under these rules.The first vote on the proposal submitted by all members present, except the members of the Executive Committee.The result of this vote is counted as one vote for or against, the outcome of the vote following the Executive Committee in the same case.In the event of a tie vote thus constituted, the President's veto decision.

§ 8 - Executive Committee
I. Executive Committee:
·consists of the President, Vice-President, treasurer, registrar and trainer
·coordinates and manages all the work of the association between a members' meetings
·be convened by the chairman or at the request of at least two members of the Executive Committee
·annually submit a report on the activities and management of the association members' meeting
·in a tie vote of the Executive Committee of the President veto
II.Membership of the Executive Committee shall cease
·voluntary withdrawal

§ 9 - President of the Association
I. The President of the Association
·is morally and legally impeccable and elect him for 5 years membership meeting

§ 11 - Property and Management
I. The property is owned by the association and consists of
·Member contributions
·subsidies
·Gifts
·credits and loans granted by financial institutions or other entities
·funds generated internally
II.Expenditures are
·costs incurred by the association members' meeting and approved by the Executive Committee
III.Management shall be conducted
·Articles of Association
·applicable laws
IV.Court proceedings are conducted in accordance with applicable laws
§ 12 - Representing the Association
I. The legal actions represents the Association President or his representative
II.The President informed about its activities at regular meetings of the Executive Committee
§ 13 - Final provisions
I. The Association is authorized to issue internal organization and rules of procedure
II.The association issued its own testing procedure for the real game.
§ 14 - Applicability
These statutes come into effect on registration of the association.
